Approval of Contract(s): US Department of Justice/Bureau of Justice Assistance (BPV) Grant for Bullet Proof Vests ($3,795), Great West Engineering Task Order 9: Class IV Area Final Grading Plan Update not to exceed $2,000, Great West Engineering Task Order 10: Agreement for Professional Services for Operational Assistance for FY 2016 not to Exceed $10,000, Community, Counseling, Correctional Services, Inc. Lease Payments of Re-Entry Facility ($167,516.12 plus tax, insurance, etc.), Highland Construction Services, LLC for Construction of Oak Street Access ($147,970), 3. Approval of Budget Transfer for Treasurer's Office, 4. Review and Approval of Minutes Summary April 7 (2nd meeting), 14 and 21, 2015, 5. 9:06:23 AM Rest Home Administrator Vickie West Recommended awarding the contract to Dayspring Restoration for $3,100 per month.
